Learn to Read and Write at the Library
Adult Literacy Info Session (Instagram Post) (1) Get the help you need with reading and writing by becoming an adult literacy learner. Get matched with a trained tutor who will work with you to achieve your literacy goals! 

We work with your schedule and goals to provide a comfortable learning environment! All adults are welcome. We provide everything you need to jumpstart your tutoring experience! 

We offer two services: 

One-on-one tutoring: Meet with a tutor once or twice a week for at least 1 hour. Learning materials will be provided by the library and help you improve your reading and writing skils.

Drop-in tutoring: TBD
Need more information? Attend our information session on Thursday, May 30th @ 6 p.m. Join us at the library for light refreshments and a short presentation on what our literacy program offers. We will go over how to get started as a learner and what to expect when you join our program!

Career Online High School

Earn an accredited high school diploma while gaining real-world career training through a flexible, supportive, online education program.

Northstar provides programs for basic skills needed to perform tasks on computers and online.  Included are basic computer digital literacy standards and modules in three main areas: Essential Computer Skills, Essential Software Skills, and Using Technology in Daily Life.

Mango Languages is a language learning program that teaches practical conversation and cultural awareness for the world's most popular languages. Take the English courses if you are an English language learner looking for more study resources!
